A completely different pie with vegetables and cheese

A very easy and tasty recipe, for lunch or dinner, with vegetables and cheese – the result will be amazing! In 35 minutes, your lunch with this pie will be ready.

Ingredients for pie:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 new onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 100ml of oil
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 400g flour (2.5 cups)
  • Baking powder

Preparation for pie:

Peel the potatoes and finely chop them. Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely. Then chop the peppers and onions, also fine. Beat the 4 eggs, add salt, milk, oil and beat well with a wire. Then add the crushed vegetables, feta cheese, flour, baking powder and mix well with a spoon.

Grease the medium-sized circular pan with butter first and then pour the prepared dough and flatten it well. Put the cheese on top and put it in the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
