This lemon dessert is so delicious and the smell is fantastic. You will be surprised by the taste, definitely try it!
- 3 eggs
- 12 tablespoons of sugar
- 12 tablespoons of milk
- 12 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 12 tablespoons of type 00 flour
- 1 lemon
- pinch of salt (with fingertips)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 15 minutes
- 40-45 minutes at 180C
Put the eggs, and sugar in a kitchen container and mix them with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then we add milk, a little salt, and lemon juice, mix it with a kitchen wire, add grated lemon peel and oil, and mix it for a bit with a kitchen wire.
We combine the flour with the baking powder and add it to the prepared mixture, mix it well again with a kitchen wire and then put it in an oiled and floured pan.
After spreading the mixture on the pan, we put it in the oven for baking. When the cake is baked, cut it into square pieces, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, and decorate it with lemon slices.
