- 210ml oil (preferably seed or corn)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Place the egg in the blender jar, add salt, vinegar and lemon juice. Add the oil at the end and mix with a blender for two minutes. And here it is done! Keep in the refrigerator, tightly closed in a container for 4 days.
