This Nutella cake is very delicious and irresistible for everyone. It is very easy to prepare, does not require many ingredients and it melts in your mouth with the taste!
- 1 whole egg
- 100gr sugar
- 80ml sunflower oil
- 1/2 lemon peel
- 300gr flour
- Little salt (with fingertips)
- 10gr of baking powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 400gr Nutella or hazelnut cream
We start preparing the Nutella cake, put sugar, a little salt, a whole egg, an egg yolk, oil in a kitchen container and mix them well with a kitchen wire. Add grated lemon peel, mix again with a kitchen wire and then add flour, baking powder and mix with a kitchen wire again.
Leave some flour for the end, add it to the dough and knead it with your hands until it forms a cake. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After it has been in the refrigerator, we put the dough on the floured table and thin it with thinner.
Place it in the pan as you see in the photos below, fill the inside with Nutella and place the pieces of dough on top. After the cake is ready, cover it with cooking foil, put it in the oven for baking and bake it at a temperature of 180 degrees C for 10 minutes. It is prepared quickly and becomes very tasty.
