Ravioli cookies, you’ve never tried it before

You are used to eating only ravioli pasta, but you will not believe how delicious they are in the form of cookies. They are prepared very easily and quickly, they become soft from the soft dough and have a fantastic taste!

Ingredients for ravioli:

  • 1 egg
  • 70 ml of milk
  • 40 grams of sugar
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 40ml of oil
  • salt
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • vanilla cream or jam as desired
  • powdered sugar


Add the egg, milk, sugar, lemon peel, oil, and a pinch of salt to a kitchen container. Mix all the ingredients well with a kitchen wire, then add the flour and mix it together with the baking powder. We first mix the mass with a spoon and then knead it with our hands until we get a soft dough.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then place it on a floured table and divide it into five parts with a knife in equal shapes as you see in the photo. We thin each part with thinner if you have the machine for thinning the dough even better.

After we have thinned the patties, put vanilla cream or any other jam as desired. Before placing the next patty on top, wet the first patty with a little water using a brush. We give them the shapes as in the photo and then put them in oil for frying until they turn golden. We decorate them with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
