Ingredients for the white layer:

Ingredients for the brown layer:

- 6 egg yolks
- 6 spoons of sugar

- 6 dl of milk
- 250 gr. softened butter

Ingredients for the black layer:
- 2 dl milk
- 8 spoons of sugar
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 100 gr. chocolate
- 125 gr. butter
- 100 gr. ground nuts
- 100 gr. crushed walnuts
- 200 gr. ground biscuits
- 2-3 spoons of rum
Glaze: 200g chocolate.
Directions:
Shake the white pastry and pour it into half of a square springform pan, lined with greaseproof paper and separated with a cardboard strip. The dough for the black pasta is also stirred and poured into the other half of the pan. Bake in a hot oven at temp. 200 degrees C.
Shake 6 egg yolks with sugar. Add flour, mix well and pour the mixture into lukewarm milk, stirring or stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. After it cools down a bit, add butter into small pieces, and vanilla. All shake well. In hot milk with sugar, mixing it, pour cocoa, crushed chocolate, margarine cut into small pieces, ground walnuts, crushed walnuts, ground cake, and rum.
Additional directions:
The brown thread is cooked into a sausage shape and placed in the middle of the tray, where the cake will be placed. It is dyed with a piece of yellow thread.
