Vegetable soup full of vitamins

A very tasty soup full of vitamins. Liked by both adults and children. You can prepare it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.


  • 1 small celery (you can use the leaf if you want)
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 small potatoes
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic
  • half cup lentils (yellow or red doesn’t matter)
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable seasoning
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 2l warm water


Preparation for the soup: Cut all the vegetables into cubes, then add the butter and olive oil to a pan, then finely chop the garlic, onion, and a few carrots and fry them very little. Then add the potatoes, carrots, celery, and pumpkin to the onion and garlic and fry them for 2-3 minutes.

Then we add the boiling water and at the same time the lentils, celery leaves, black pepper, vegetable spices, salt and boil the soup until the vegetables are soft. Then we put the soup in a blender, if it remains too thick, we add another glass of water and then put it from the blender back into the pot and boil it for a few more minutes.

Add salt according to your taste, as some people consume more salty things and others less. It makes a very tasty soup and is full of vitamins, you should try it.
